For 14 years at Tri-State Equipment Company, I wore a lot of hats — but the thread running through all of them was sales and results.

I started as an inside sales rep, working a high-volume phone desk handling 10–25 inbound and outbound calls daily for industrial equipment and specialty products across a multi-state territory. Over four years I grew personal phone sales from $437,804 to $1,477,198 — a 237% increase — generating $3.16M in total revenue while sustaining 24–28% gross profit margins.

When the company needed an e-commerce presence, I built it. I personally designed and launched four company websites, then managed all four stores through 2023 — driving $3.77M in web revenue over six years and peaking at $830,802 in a single year.

Along the way I also served as the sole IT professional for 150+ employees, which gave me a systems-level understanding of how businesses run — but sales and customer relationships were always where I did my best work.
